It's Qkr at Good Food Shop from Term 4 2016

To get started, simply download from the App Store/Google Play, search for Hartwell Primary School, add your children’s names and class details, your bank account details and you are ready to place an order.

Qkr accepts all major credit and debit cards and consumers can register more than one card. It will accept payment using any scheme credit/debit card accepted by the merchant, and customers can add up to five different cards to their Qkr account. At checkout, customers can easily select from any of their registered cards by simply tapping the ‘Payment’ Option near the top of the checkout screen.  

Qkr is provided by MasterCard so you know payments are secure. No information will be stored on the customer's phone. Registration details and card information are saved securely on the MasterCard network.

Placing a lunch order with Qkr ......

  • You will be able to place Good Food Shop orders from Monday 3 October 2016

  • Your child’s order will need to be submitted via before 9am on the day the lunch is required.

  • You will be able to place orders two weeks in advance

  • Children will still be able to purchase over the counter at recess.

  • If you order via Qkr you do not need to supply a paper bag as this is automatically included in your order.

  • Late orders cannot be accepted as the ordering system closes at 9am each morning

     

Placing an order without Qkr.....

  • All orders to be written on a paper bag with the student’s name and grade written clearly

  • The order should include all food and drink items required and  the correct money for all items included in the order

  • Please send the order to school on the day it is required ie. Wednesday and Friday.

     

     

    Our preferred method of ordering school lunches is online as the introduction of Qkr will allow the Good Food Shop to run more efficiently with the app automatically tallying orders, counting money, and keeping track of stock with the click of a button. However the current system of ordering lunches will still be available for those who do not wish to take up online ordering.

    A step by step guide is attached and a list of FAQs is on our website. Should you have any questions regarding the use of the Qkr app please contact the school office in the first instance. However any queries regarding the use of your credit cards should be directed to the issuer of the cards.
